Ideon Media is a very family-oriented company and that’s why many of our multi-talented team members have been with us since day one. Our office houses over 30 staff, including dedicated sales executives, a full-time ad operations staff, an onsite editorial team, sales coordinators, campaign managers, a social media manager and an in-house creative team.

Kevin is one of the leading digital professionals in Canada. Prior to founding Ideon, he was the original Vice President of Digital Media for Rogers Media, where he built a large sales, technology and content team from scratch and doubled digital revenues. In 1998 Kevin founded Blue Spark, one of Toronto’s leading digital agencies. His background also includes consulting stints at BCG and Accenture, undergraduate and graduate degrees from MIT and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Michael is a veteran of the digital space with over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and account management. He’s driven sales success and brand development for companies,including Crave Online /Evolve Media, TorStar Digital, Can West Media works (Shaw), Labatt Breweries of Canada, Score Golf Magazine and the CHL, and has a track record of successes, from startups to smashing revenue goals.
Vice-President of Operations
Imran is a forward-thinking operations professional with over 10 year of experience supporting growth and creating efficiencies at SME’s and startup companies. Areas of expertise include programmatic advertising and monetization, media quality, data management, business process, business intelligence, and sales operations. With an honours degree from the University of Waterloo Imran was also nominated for Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the K-W Chamber of Commerce.
General Manager of Male Lifestyle
Nathan holds over 10 years of global media strategy and sales experience with an unparalleled knowledge of the branded content space. Previous to joining Ideon Media, he served as Vice President of Sales at Defy Media in both Canadian and U.K. markets, as well as Director of Sales at BBC Worldwide. Working with such key global clients as American Express, Disney Studios, and Samsung Electronics, he has been instrumental in growing revenue streams and creating new content strategies for publishers and partners alike.

Christopher Turner is the Editor-in-Chief for Complex Canada and Maple Media’s men’s lifestyle site, AmongMen.com. He is a well-respected lifestyle journalist who has penned pieces for magazines and online sites including: Toronto Life, FASHION Magazine, IN Magazine, New York Magazine, DesignLines, Sun Media, Sympatico MSN, Huffington Post, the Kaboose Network, the Disney Network and Fashion Television.
General Manager of the Savvy Mom Group
As General Manager, Natalie works directly with the sales team to help generate revenue across all SavvyMom Group properties, establishes strategic partnerships to help increase traffic and subscriber growth for the SavvyMom Group and oversees the management of, recruitment and retention tactics for the SavvyMom Collective. As Editor-in-Chief, Natalie Milne oversees the editorial and marketing direction for all of SavvyMom Group’s publishing properties and directs the editorial voice for all four parenting properties. Natalie has successfully led the growth and advancement of some of Canada’s largest lifestyle websites, including Todaysparent.com, Canadianparents.com and Canadianfamily.ca. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate diploma in Book and Magazine Publishing from Centennial College.
